I think this problem was just due to two different versions of parcellation/segmentation nomenclature.

For the following segmentations, 6/8 control measures are empty:

For the following segmentations, all patients and 2 controls are empty:

I'm not sure why these are empty, or how to check for problems with the segmentations. Any help would be appreciated!
