Hey Mike,

The SegmentAAN.sh tool was first made available in FreeSurfer 8.0.0.

I’d recommend installing the newest stable version of FS, or the nightly dev build, as there have been some updates to that tool since the 8.0.0 release.

Hello,

I would be grateful for your help in trying to run segmentAAN.

I’ve tried running segementAAN but cannot find the function in the freesurfer version installed which is 7.3.2 to be able to run it as the command on their website

SegmentAAN.sh <SUBJECT_ID> <SUBJECT_DIR>

Can you advise on if it should be currently available and how to go about finding it if so?
