Hello,

 I’ve a few images that will not process due to a missing orientation tag. I’ve looked at the header and 0020,0037 is missing. For a similar sagittal image I found the following ..

 

0020,0037  Image Orientation (Patient): -0.0753529518842\0.99712705612182\0.00771582638844\0.06153532490134\0.01237302832305\-0.9980282187461

 

… approximately 0\1\0\0\0\-1

 

 

I used dcmodify to insert this tag but it still would’nt process. Is there another tag that I need to look at? Will assuming perfect sagittal alignment make a difference to the freesurfer output?
