External Email - Use Caution

Greetings,

I have tried FreeSurfer 7.4.1 and 7.2.0 for CentOS7. But neither of them has segmentBS.sh in the files. Could you help me to find the file?

I want to pass T1 MRIs (in which the skull is removed already) and get brain stem segmentation only. Could you explain what the fastest command is to do this job?
