Dear Sir,
 My experiment  design is let the two group of  subjects watch a movie and calculate the correlation  between two condition. Now I get the correlation result from AFNI. I want to calculate the correlation different between the two group by using freesurfer.

The isxavg-re-sess or intergroupavg-sess need the contrast file to caculate the result. And the constrast file is produce by mkcontrast-sess. But the mkconstrast-sess need the stimulate file-paradigm file. But I do not know how to write the paradigm file as the stimulate is a movie. I can not figure out the task as it is different event-related stimulate. So I do not know what to do next.

I need your help about how to deal this condition.
