Which versions FS do those qdec versions correspond to? In FS version 6, I regenerated the cluster tables, so they will not be exactly the same as before, but they should be very close. This might be the source of the difference you are seeing.

Dear Freesurfer Team,

I was previously using qdec v1.4 for my analysis and I had compiled the results,However,I could not publish my results at that time due to various reasons.
Now,I decided to re-run the analysis from the scratch before sending for publication to cross-checl for any errors .
I am currently using qdec v1.5
I noticed that there is variations (slight) in the CWP values of the significant clusters.However,there is no change in the regions of significance and the new values almost correspond to the older results tha I had obtained 
(for example if 'A' cluster's CWP was 0.0007 now it is 0.0008)
I wanted to make sure if the newer results are due to version change or if I am probably going wrong somewhere.
