Hi Experts,

So I found a similar question posted in December, but I was not able to fix my own results based on the reply to that message.

Anyway, I ran "recon-all -s -bert -hippo-subfields" (with my filename) and finished without error.

Now, I am attempting to view the segmentation in freeview using:

cd $SUBJECTS_DIR/bert/mri
 freeview nu.mgz \
  -p-labels posterior_left_* posterior_Left-Hippocampus.mgz \
  -p-labels posterior_right_* posterior_Right-Hippocampus.mgz \
  -p-prefix posterior_ -p-lut $FREESURFER_HOME/FreeSurferColorLUT.txt

ew using:

But I get the error messages: "Failed to load posterior_left_*" and "Failed to load posterior_right_*"

The folder (bert/mri) has all of the correct segmentation files. Is there something I am doing wrong or some way to troubleshoot this problem?
