It is a compressed text file, so you can just look at it. It might be stored in an ITK format, but it is probably somewhat unique to samseg. It has node positions (in col row slice space), cell (tetrahera neighborhood info, and the prior probs of each seg at each node.External Email - Use Caution
Hi all,
previous question from Florent triggered my interest in SAMSEG and I am running now couple of cases to see what it gives. I would like to ask
- SAMSEG can also output a mesh. How is the mesh stored in file?
Don't know paraview, maybe if it can read the format. Otherwise, we have some old viewer from 6.0 or maybe 5.3 that is not very good. We are considering adding something to freeview.
- how can it be visualized (Paraview?)
See above
- what does the mesh represent. Individual structures?
Thanks,
Martin
