Dear FS experts,

I want to create mask from the atlas "aparc.DKTatlas+aseg.mgz". I need the mask to be free of any CSF or ventricles components. Is there any way to subtract these labels (CSF and ventricles) from the atlas "aparc.DKTatlas+aseg.mgz".
