I ran into a hitch while running trac-all -path and came across an identical problem where there was a segmentation fault. I have attached my error and log files.

I have also checked the aparc+aseg and aparc+aseg_mask (overlaid on FA; screenshot attached) as you have suggested, but I can't seem to find anything that would have compromised the -path process.

What else could have gone wrong? trac-all -path works for other subjects.
