Developers:
I want to calculate ventricular volume using the
'recon-all' procedure. I
believe the method of calculation of ventricular volume
is different from that
of subcortal nuclei. In the 31 steps(Autorecon
Processing Stages), which steps
are related with ventricular volume? It seem that the
steps after 16 are not
for ventricular volume calculation,right?
