I have run

 

quantifyHAsubregions.sh hippoSf <T1>-<analysisID> <output_file> <OPTIONAL_SUBJECTS_DIR>

 

and have the volumes for the hippocampal subfields. From which of the following segmentation files are these volumes computed from ?
