Hi, 

 

I would like to obtain a list of each vertex and its cortical thickness of the BA_exvivo.thresh labels (e.g. lh.BA1_exvivo.thresh.label). The stats files (e.g. lh.BA_exvivo.thresh.stats) only provide mean and standard deviations of all vertices of each areal. Which is the easiest way to do so?
