Dear List,

I have installed the ubuntu version of freesurfer (creating the VM as in the tutorial)

I would like to run the following command:

mri_convert -c -oc 0 0 0 asta.mgh orig.mgz

I always get the error in the screen shot. Can someone help me?

also using asta.nii format
