I see the attached outputs from the paired t-test - please see attached image. I hope to correct for multiple comparisons, e.g.,

mri_glmfit-sim --glmdir my-glm.wls --cache 3 pos --cwp .05 --3spaces

What is the --glmdir - or input? - in the command?
