Hello,

we have a few cases of what we think is a bad surface and would like your opinion on whether it is really bad (considering that we are interested in the temporal lobes). Should we correct the wm map to include the bits of wm that do not seem to be included?

I attach shots of the "bad" inflated surface, the corresponding brainmask + pials and wm. The cross is in the same position as the blue dot on the surface.
