Hi Freesurfer Developers

I am trying to reproduce your work in the below paper using freesurfer:

Johansen-Berg, Heidi, et al. "Functional–anatomical validation and individual variation of diffusion tractography-based segmentation of the human thalamus." Cerebral cortex 15.1 (2005): 31-39.

However, I am not able to find which find represents the c nding labels 9000 - 9006 as mentioned in the lookup table list:

Please share the details of the necessary files (mgz etc) after running the recon-all command.
