Dear all,
The problem in the volume estimates provided by the tool for segmentation of the hypothalamus and its nuclei has been fixed in the latest development version.
Just to recap: if you downloaded the development version of FreeSurfer between September 18th and yesterday, the hypothalamic module produces *correct* segmentations BUT *incorrect* posteriors and therefore *incorrect*
volume estimates in the CSV files.
