Hi,

I am new to FreeSurfer and have been testing the new SuperSynth tool on ex vivo chimpanzee scans. The segmentation output is generally good, but the cerebellum white/gray matter is often mistaken as cerebral white/gray matter. How can I manually edit the segmentations and recalculate volumes?
