Hi,
We recently processed some T1 data using Freesurfer .We want to extract
internal capsule as roi. We found it appear in the ColorTableLUT as regions
155-158,
but do not actually appear in any of the output parcellations.There
is a message that

I would appreciate it if anyone can send me the script intcapseg and it
would be
better if there is a file describing how to use it.
