Dear All,

I ran the following script:

recon-all -i /Volumes/yang/S002_AD1118_20090116/NCKU-0003-0000-00001.dcm -s S002_ba -sd /Volumes/yang/S002_AD1118_20090116/ -all -ba_labels

and got the error below at the end. Could anybody please let me know how to fix it.

I follow the below step at freesurfer message board 

cd  /Volume/yang

ln -s /Applications/freesurfer/subjects/fsaverage

recon-all -i /Volumes/yang/S002_AD1118_20090116/NCKU-0003-0000-00001.dcm -s S002_ba -sd /Volumes/yang/S002_AD1118_20090116/ -all -ba_labels

but the error is not resoled. please see attached file below

my environment for Freesurfer/FS-FAST
