You need to use the fs_install_mcr script to install Matlab inside the freesurfer tree.   The setup is basically the same as listed in the section under SETUP A MATLAB DISTRIBUTION for LINUX except you would replace 8.0.0 with 7.3.2 in the commands.  See,

If you can login to the container as root then you do not need to preface the command with sudo.
