Hi Marie & FreeSurfers:

I am running the LGI command on a group of brains and I am getting an error message. MATLAB opens up and begins to run when this error appears:

Error in make_outer_surface (line 31)

Gaussian = fspecial('gaussian',[2 2],1);

}

I tried setting the environment using :

setenv MATLABPATH /Applications/MATLAB_2011/bin

setenv PATH ${MATLABPATH}/bin:${PATH}

However this did not help. Any advice?
