When I go to MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "secure-web.cisco.com" claiming to be http://mail.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/mailman/listinfo/freesurfer, and go to “Freesurfer Subscribers” -> “Unsubscribe or edit options” and enter my email address and press the “Unsubscribe or edit options” button, I get a

 

“The proxy server is refusing connections”

 

Error.  I see this (or similar message) in Firefox, Chrome and Safari.  I’m on OSX 10.14.6.
