What does the histogram represent in the sulc map settings of the Workbench visualization of HCP data?  It would be useful to know what I see when I uncheck the positive value (bottom left of the window).  Does the zero correspond to the mid depth value of the total sulci depth?

I don't know. I don't think anyone has done a study on it. You'd have to label the pil de passages in a bunch of subjects and see if the pattern holds.

Hello FreeSurfer Developers,
I used the sulcal depth maps superimposed on inflated images (setting colour depth =< 0) to define the morphological sulcal pattern (continuous vs. interrupted). Is this method useful for detecting pli de passage that may be buried deep in the depth of sulcus?

In this figure, is it correct to say that when two dark grey segments are adjacent, the sulcus is continuous (e.g. intraparietal sulcus)?
On the other hand, when two dark grey segments are separated by a gyrus (light grey), can the sulcus be defined as interrupted (e.g. post-central sulcus)?

Thanks in advance,
