There are no fixed and hard thresholds for these metrics (e.g., SNR). It really depends on the sample and image characteristics. More important than the absolute values is the distribution of these values across cases; that is, we typically use them to check if are there any images that have very different values than the others (outliers). These images would then require closer inspection.

Hi Freesurfer users,

I have recently used the FSQC algorithm (https://github.com/Deep-MI/fsqc#usage) to check the quality of my Freesurfer volumetric results. However, I am having trouble understanding the meaning of the output numbers. What is the acceptable threshold number of SNR? I would appreciate any help you can provide.
