Would you recommend using the thresholded measurements or the nonthresholded for projects?

Hi Vector

The .thresh files are indeed thresholded so that the label has the average area of that label across subjects in our training set

Cheers

Hi all,

I am wondering to see what the .thresh files mean. I'm assuming its some sort of thresholded value, but there isn't a lot of details in the BA page: MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "secure-web.cisco.com" claiming to be https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/BrodmannAreaMaps
