Hello, <br>   I am having some problems editing the volume created after the -recon-all -all function in FreeSurfer. The brain that is being generated has too much grey matter excluded. I&#39;ve searched the wiki for ways to include these grey matter regions during my editing, but have found nothing. I have attached a picture of the problem I am having. The orange arrow points to the part of the grey matter that I would like to be included in the boundary. Is there a way to do this? <br>
