External Email - Use Caution

Hi Bruce,

thanks a lot for your answer. Yes, I will try to do recon-all in the classical way, too. I´ve just wanted to compare other bias-field correction techniques.

Regards
Adam

Hi Adam

we do multiple different bias corrections - nu_correct, plus two of our
own (mri_ca_normalize and mri_normalize). Is there a reason you don't
want to just let recon-all run them in the way it usually does?

cheers
Bruce
