I would like to run steps 1 to 12 (included) with default parameters freesurfer on an MRI, as described here (
https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/recon-all). I didn't find any information on how to do it. Could you please help me? I'm only interested in the segmentation of cortical regions, specifically the hippocampus. So if there is another method to do this alone and all its pre-requisites, that would be great as it would greatly accelerate the segmentation.
