We also noticed a bad segmentation in another subject in the frontal cortex (see attached figure) which was correctly done using CAT12. Can we change some parameters to fix this?

The subcortical structures were not delineated correctly, especially the nucleus caudatus which had a lot of atrophy in this particular patient group.
