When I run recon all for my subject, I couldn't open lh.thickness.fsaverage.mgh  (/usr/local/freesurfer/subjects/.../surf/lh.thickness.fsaverage.mgh.) I need to use that information to obtain the cortical thickness.Is it because the new updated freesurfer or it might come from other source of problem?
