Subject: Processing MRI help

Hi,

I am currently using this program to process and eventually analyze MRIs. I was able to process most of our patients, except one. It gets to the “Correcting defect” command and does not proceed any further. I waited about 24 hours before re-running the program. It still stops in the exact same spot. Below is the image of where it stops:

What should I do?

Thanks,

Arunan
