I have recently been looking at the aseg.mgz file in several of the participants I have ran through recon-all and have noticed that portions of the occipital lobe are being removed somewhere during processing. At what step do you think this is occurring? Also, what is the most efficient way to resolve this issue? I have around 150 participants.
