Apologies for not having understood your question right away.

Essentially, the volumes are computed from a probabilistic segmentation at the finest subfield level, which is used to generate all the discrete segmentations you listed below. So, it’s computed from none of those volumes, but the parent of all of them.

and have the volumes for the hippocampal subfields. From which of the following segmentation files are these volumes computed from ?
