I'm having a trouble with visualize the first level analysis output of FSFAST on brain surface (fsaverage).  When I open tksurfer tool to look at the contrast for the analysis on Right hemisphere space, the result display the contrast on left hemisphere and vice versa when I want to display the contrast on Left hemisphere space.  I already checked the registration quality after run pre-processing and the results were quite good. 

I hope you can help me to figure out this problem.
