I am attempting to run recon-all on a simple NIFTI file in an HPC using FreeSurfer v6.0.0. I am running into the following problem:

GNU libc version: 2.17

ERROR: Systems running GNU glibc version greater than 2.15

require a newly formatted license file (it's free). Please

download a new one from the following page:

I got a new license and I placed it in the FreeSurfer home directory but the issue remains.
