First, I would like to thank you for your interesting and very helpful tool.

Actually, I’m beginner in using Freesurfer.

I have an individual anatomy (.nii) for each subject . After reconstructing the surface using free surfer, I would like to link the surface to the brainnetome atlas. http://atlas.brainnetome.org

I wonder how can we link automatically the two surfaces using Freesurfer.
