We created our own template using 10 subjects, now we'd like to know how good it is compare to FS's default template.
We do not create our own atlas yet which need manully label all the regions in the training set.

 Is there a way to do this kind of comparison? Is it possible to do some kind registration using ?h.white and ?h.sphere. reg, and load the registered ?h.white
using tkmedit?
