Dear experts, we run this command in a file of MRI 3D .nii :

    recon-all -force -all -notal-check -i /my_directory_input/my_file.nii -subjid my_directory_output

and i get the attached image of output for a single time point, after 40 hours of elaboration.
We don't understand why there isn't the right side of the brain.

Normal processing time is so high?
What can I centre this image?


Any suggestions?
