I've a parcellation of the gm and wm with different label ids corresponding to different colours. I did like to extract a non-binarised wm parcellation that retains the white matter label ids.
mri_extract_label and mri_binarize don't keep the different colours.
Is there a freesurfer command to achieve this?Many thanks
