Bruce recently wrote that you could run mris_expand like this:
mris_expand -t lh.white 0.5 lh.graymid

I found that didn't work, but this did:
mris_expand -thickness lh.white 0.5 lh.graymid

I am using version 4.4.


By the way, is there a way to increase the resolution of the surfaces before creating final surfs?
