Dear All,

All my data is on a USB hard drive and I do not want to put them in the "/home/virtualuser/apps/freesurfer/subjects" directory, which is the default...
Also, I would like to save all my results on that USB hard drive...
I was wondering if I would be able to do that... I tried this:

FreeSurfer:~> setenv SUBJECTS_DIR E:\data\Ventricle-freesurfer\ben\1.3.12.2.1107.5.2.7.20418.30000009010518365025000028507
And when I want to start the process...it gave me this

FreeSurfer:~> recon-all \ -i /data/Ventricle-freesurfer/ben/1.3.12.2.1107.5.2.7.20418.30000009010518365025000028507
ERROR: cannot find /data/Ventricle-freesurfer/ben/1.3.12.2.1107.5.2.7.20418.30000009010518365025000028507
Linux FreeSurfer 2.6.28-11-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Fri Apr 17 01:57:59 UTC 2009 i686 GNU/Linux

recon-all -s  exited with ERRORS at Fri Apr 22 21:00:35 EDT 2011

Is there any way to fix this? Or do I have to save all my data and results in the default directory?

Thanks
Catherine
