Yes. Alternatively, if you are using mris_preproc, you can add --etiv to the command line and it will do the correction by dividing by the eTIV (rather than using a regressor).

        External Email - Use Caution

Hi all,

I'm currently running a voxelwise whole-brain analysis on my recon-all data using the procedure outlined here: MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "secure-web.cisco.com" claiming to be https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsTutorial/GroupAnalysis

If I am performing this analysis on volume (not cortical thickness), do I need to include eTIV as a covariate in my FSGD file?

Thanks!

Kamy
