Hi list,

I was segmented the hippocampus using "recon-all -all -s -hippocampal-subfields-T1" using Freesurfer. Now i want to tessellate the segmented volume. I tried using "mri_tessellate"(Freesurfer) it is not working?? 

How can i tessellate the hippocampus alone?
