External Email - Use Caution

Hi Bruce,

thank you for answering. The problem is that autorecon2 runs all the way to step 23, and I only need up until step 12. Is there another way?

Regards,
Francisco

Hi Francisco

do you mean autorecon1 and autorecon2? I think autorecon2 is the most time-intensive step, so you are probably just running all the way through, but if hippocampus is really all you want then just run -autorecon1 - autorecon2

cheers

Hello Freesurfer Developers,
I would like to run steps 1 to 12 (included) with default parameters freesurfer on an MRI, as
described here (https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/recon-all). I didn't find any
information on how to do it. Could you please help me? I'm only interested in the
segmentation of cortical regions, specifically the hippocampus. So if there is another method
to do this alone and all its pre-requisites, that would be great as it would greatly
accelerate the segmentation.

Thank you in advance,

best regards,
Francisco Ferreira
