External Email - Use Caution        

Dear experts of freesurfer,

I am using freesurfer for the first time, so apologies in advance if I am asking something it was already answered previously. I looked at previous posts but I could not find an answer.

This is what I did:

1 run recon-all on T1 of a single subject,

2 create configuration file

3 run tract all prep

4 moved dmri.bedpostx in the output folder of recon-all

5 run tract all

Everything run well until step 5 (tract all), there something goes wrong after tract all but I do not understand what. The only error messages I can see are: "segmentation fault (core dumped)" in the tract all-e file and

"trac-paths exited with ERRORS". I read another post with the same issue but it wasn't answered.

any advice would be appreciated!
