Thanks for your prompt reply. I'm running the freesurfer in a virtual box in windows 7. When I plug the usb in, the computer just called it (E:)...and i just directly copy that directory"E:\data\Ventricle-freesurfer\ben\1.3.12.2.1107.5.2.7.20418.30000009010518365025000028507" to the command line...

Is this correct?
