Freesurfers,
I had a couple of questions regarding your atlas.
I'm working with a children and young adult subject population (ages 7-18). I'm interested in anatomical measures such as cortical thickness, and volumes of different structures. What are your thoughts on what atlas to use for these subjects? Does one need a separate (more representative?) atlas or can one use your default atlas... Also, can Freesurfer accomodate the use of custom-made atlases?
appreciate your help,
Binyam
