Hi,

   I have some subjects  that stop to run autorecon-all at mri_fix_topology with no error message, as following:

CORRECTING DEFECT 75 (vertices=410, convex hull=299)

After retessellation of defect 75, euler #=95 (83637,238222,154680) : difference with theory (-54) = -149

CORRECTING DEFECT 76 (vertices=25423, convex hull=7404)

-------------------------------

Any one knows what is my problem?
